Most of the year, I find the muted hues of beiges and greiges to be a perfect muse, but in February when winter seems like she is ever so reluctant to leave my part of the world, a craving for rich and vibrant color and pattern rule the day. A little trip over to Quadrille is all it takes to bring in the sunshine.

You have inspired me! Those Veneto and Carlo colours are absolutely stunninga and smack of spring. If you are a lover of muted colours you may agree with me that grey and yellow marry perfectly and mix the subdued with the cheery perfectly.
ReplyDeleteHave a beautiful Sunday.

Texture and color can be fun. The dog bed is the best!
ReplyDeleteYes, yes, yes to color--especially at this time of year. The wonderful thing is you can liven up a neutral room with just a few splashes on pillows or drapes. I'm loving those palmpore stripe drapes myself! And that dog bed! Think my kitties would like one? :)
