The Long Outdoor Table, Part I

Hello there, dear friends. Lest you fear that I have fallen off the end of the earth, I am here to say that I'm as alive and well as these lush potted boxwoods, still dreaming of spring while the snowflakes fly, but more than dreaming, I have been away from the computer assisting with a small d-i-y project at my house that I can hardly wait to show you in just a few more days. I will be back shortly to show you my project and to talk about long, gracious outdoor dining tables and warm weather gatherings on the patio.

In the meantime, wish me luck!

xo,
Keri

  2. PRECIOUS KERRI! Listen, I was just thinking of you yesterday while I was working as a substitute in a middle school. I am glad to hear you are well, and like you, I have been a bit busy planning a trip to California, which I have suddenly had to cancel.

THAT PHOTO OF THE BOXWOOD is putting me in a mood of WONDERFUL ANTICIPATION! I too have two lush boxwood gardens that I cannot wait to see billow out in lush green. We are having a thawing period, and like last year, I believe we might get an early spring.

Thank you so much for coming over to visit. My blog break will now consist of recharging my mind with good poetry and rest.

LOVE TO YOU; I will be back to see your new DIY PROJECT! Anita

  7. Keri,
Ohhh, a surprise unveiling. My favorite. I do feel for the spots in the nation that are being hit unmercifully by the last vestiges of winter.
Not to brag, honest, but we're expecting mid seventies weather this weekend. Our calendar is free and we are putting all of efforts into planting and clean up outdoors.
I'll be looking forward to seeing what you have been working on, you always inspire me with your projects.
